How to select an image size

Image size (in pixels) depends on how the image will be used. Each technology has its own requirements for graphic files. If you wish to print the image, then it is important to determine the actual size of the printing area. Usually the resolution of 300 DPI is required for printing images (sizes from M to XXL, depending on the size of printing area). And it is always better to choose the largest size available for large format printing (size XXL is the most optimal).
